Seward Courtyard Housing, Minneapolis, MN

Organized around a central courtyard, these five townhouses create a small, diverse community in the Seward neighborhood. Each house has a unique floor plan, front porch, and private outdoor living space. The courtyard is a gathering place and the focus of community gardening.

This project was the winning design in a limited competition sponsored by Seward West Redesign.
