Lake Street Revitalization, Minneapolis, MN

The Lake Street corridor in south Minneapolis is once again a thriving mixed-use urban corridor. Beginning in the early 1990’s our office began working with the City and six of the nine neighborhood organizations to develop overall planning objectives, commercial area node studies, and strategic planning initiatives for revitalizing this urban corridor. This revitalization has led to reinvestments in public infrastructure, parks and open space, housing, and commercial area improvements.
