Campus Master Plan, Inver Hills Community College Inver Grove Heights, MN

Lunning Wende worked with Inver Hills Community College to prepare the 2008 Campus Master Plan with the guidelines to help the College meet the challenge of increasing its academic offerings while retaining its pleasant, pastoral campus. The 2008 plan update builds upon the 1995 Campus Plan that developed goals and guidelines for the campus and the 2001 update that addressed space utilization and renewal.

Based on the Campus Master Plan, Lunning Wende programmed three building additions totaling 100,000 square feet and designed Heritage Hall and the Fine Arts Building additions.
